Return Policy 30 day return policy on all items except those that are custom made or personalized items. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. The cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping is not refunded. Custom made clothing that has not been personalized, but is the wrong size can be exchanged for another size if returned within 30 days. Again, shipping is not refundable. Custom made personalized items are non-returnable. These items include clothing and purses, in which more than 1 breed of dog tapestry is used in making the item at your direction, and products made from your personal picture. For items that are damaged or broken in shipping, notification of such is required within seven days of delivery for return authorization. These items will either be replaced or the customer given a refund or store credit as desired. Product shipped out of country if returned - the buyer will have to pay shipping and all import fees associated with the return of the item back into the USA. We will refund the amount of the product less the import fees we are assessed. Please note, orders being sent out to countries outside of the USA - EXPECT that you will be charged duty for the product that you ordered. Gone Doggin does not have any responsibility for paying duty. That is the responsibility of the buyer. Duty charges vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the rules of the customs dept. of your country.

Welcome! Gone Doggin recognizes the importance of customer privacy and the need to protect information that users of the GoneDoggin.com website provide to us. This Online Privacy Policy explains our data collection practices and use for our online operations. Please read our complete Privacy Policy. Gone Doggin will occasionally update it as need arises. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Request for Customer Data

Gone Doggin requires customers to fill out a registration form prior to allowing them to make purchases through the Gone Doggin website. We ask for information such as your name, company address, work phone number, and email address. When you submit your registration form, this information travels via the Internet and is stored for future reference when you return to shop again. (Note: express checkout does not require registration and the information is used only for that purchase and not stored for future purchases).

Web Server Log Files

Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses etc. are tied to personally identifiable information to enable our web based service.

Customer Data Protection

Gone Doggin may reveal customer data to third parties including third party affiliates, software publishers, our sales representatives and business partners that may require information to invoice for a service or to properly register a software license to its purchaser. Additionally, we use an affiliate and/or an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.

You agree no such claim may be brought as a class action. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree the following provisions will survive: the provisions regarding limitations on your use of Content, the license(s) you have granted to Gonedoggin.com, and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate.

In the case of a conflict between these terms and the terms of any electronic or machine readable statement or policy (for example, a P3P electronic privacy policy), these Terms of Service shall control. Similarly, in case of a conflict between these terms and our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Service control.
